A postdoctoral innovation practice base is a crucial component of China's talent strategy, serving as an important vehicle for the cultivation of high-level talents, scientific and technological innovation, and the transformation of research outcomes. Establishing a postdoctoral innovation practice base to recruit and train postdoctoral researchers provides an effective platform and significant pathway for enterprises to attract and cultivate talent, thereby enhancing the enterprise's capacity for innovation.

Approval for the establishment of a Fujian Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base is a clear recognition by various authorities of Zhongke Hairui's research team, innovation capabilities, and capacity for cultivating high-level talent. It also marks a solid foundation laid in talent team building and scientific innovation following the establishment of the Low-Density Microspheres and Composite Materials Research Institute by Zhongke Hairui. This achievement is significant for the company's continuous focus on developing the composite materials market based on hollow glass microspheres and for building a high-level R&D team.

In the future, our company will fully utilize the important functions of the postdoctoral innovation practice base to attract, cultivate, and reserve talent. Leveraging the core intellectual property and significant research achievements of the Institute of Chemistry and Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we aim to focus on cutting-edge industrial areas such as low-density microspheres, buoyancy materials, electronic materials, hydrogen storage materials, electromagnetic functional materials, thermal insulation materials, lightweight engineering plastics, marine acoustic materials, multifunctional coating materials, etc. We plan to establish an internationally leading innovation center for low-density microspheres and composite materials. This center will integrate advanced material R&D, engineering demonstrations, industrial application, and performance testing and evaluation, creating a new type of R&D platform that merges industry, academia, and research. By promoting the transformation and implementation of scientific research outcomes, we aim to nurture and deliver strategic emerging talents for the new materials industry in the Haixi region, thereby accelerating the rapid and sustainable development of this sector.
